Minutes
Minutes from the April meeting were approved and signed off.

Board Membership Barbara Stelter has resigned her position on the Board due to taking a new job.

Website Discussion
DEBRA will pursue some ideas she has for website support.

Satellite Seminar
The broadcast is June 7. GERRY stated that Cal State East Bay/Concord Campus is testing the satellite parameters and looking for a room. As soon as we get confirmation and complete the paperwork, we will be able to send out notices.

May Seminar
We have sign-ups but there are seats left. JENNIFER has sent postcards out. STEVE will do a follow-up email. We discussed last minute details to finish.

Treasurer’s Report
Tabled until next meeting.

Supplier Knowledge
GERRY has not heard back regarding SK. She will follow-up again. We will do a reminder in the fall about the value to members.

Election Planning
The election process has been completed. Results are: Steve, Jennifer, Debra and Gerry were elected to the Board for the 2007/2008 term.
We continue to look for help on the website and membership.

Membership
We now have 82 members.

Next Board Meeting
Our next meeting is scheduled for June 14.
