of Director Meeting Minutes
September 5, 2007

Minutes
Minutes from Board Retreat meeting will be revised and emailed.
Treasurer’s Report
STEVE presented and the Board reviewed new budget. STEVE will add YTD column.
Membership
GERRY reported that we now have 70 members, 12 of which are NEW. GERRY will update the membership list and distribute. JENNIFER will email new members and provide the calendar of events. GERRY will divide up the list among the Board members as she did last year. The NEW members will be divided up too.
Webmaster
STEVE has talked to Noam Szoke. He sponsors 7 websites. His website is www.maccounsel.com/websites.html. We reviewed the contract and suggested changes. STEVE will cover with him.
Calendar of Events
We updated the calendar. Jennifer will revise and have available for distribution at the September Social.
Jan Miller Visit
We’ve scheduled Jan Miller’s visit for February 5. We will have a membership meeting that day.
September Social
The postcard was revised. Attendees will call DEBRA or leave a voicemail. We want to use a copy holder or something like that to hold a copy of the postcard or flyer. Also need name tags, sharpie to write names, sign-in sheet. JENNIFER will send emails. One will go to NEW members with a welcome and invitation to Social. The other will be an invitation to the Social. The Calendar of Events will be given out at the Social. GERRY will send the list of the members emails to JENNIFER. DEBRA will check ISM website for give-aways.
Open Discussion
- GERRY found Service Award forms on the ISM website. These should be used to give C.P.M. points for Board service.
- ISM website has marketing collateral
- New IRS ruling was highlighted in the July ISM NewsLine. STEVE called the IRS. We need to file by 11/15/08.
- Supply Knowledge continues to be an issue. GERRY will contact John Semanik. We don’t understand it and we can’t access it.
Next Board Meeting
Our next meeting is scheduled October 10.
