Minutes
Minutes from November were reviewed.  Approval tabled until January meeting.

Treasurer’s Report
November seminar was successful.

Membership
There was no change.  Membership remains at 73.

Seminars
For January 24—Steve finalized contract with Embassy Suites.  Gerry will contact Jack at let him know the location.

Articles of Incorporation
Steve sent to the State.  The State sent back a letter requesting a $30 fee to review it.  Board approved the fee to proceed.

Website Discussion
Discussion about the website and suggested changes.  Steve will cover with the webmaster.

Supply Knowledge
Discussion tabled until January meeting.

ISM Website
Gerry has updated our membership website to show the current Board of Directors.

Next Meeting
The next meeting is scheduled for Thusday, January 10, 2008.
