Board of Director Meeting Minutes

Minutes
December minutes were approved.

Treasurer’s Report
Steve reported that the November seminar was successful.

Membership
Gerry reported that our membership is 77.

Website
Jennifer emailed suggested changes to Board. We discussed. Steve will cover with the webmaster.

Supply Knowledge
We don’t have access and want to cancel. Gerry to draft language.

Project Management Seminar
Everything a go for Project Management seminar on the 24th. Jennifer will send out another message as we have empty seats.

February 5th Lunch with Jan Miller
We decided the meal selections. Steve is already getting sign-ups. Jennifer will send an email on 1/25 to members.

Satellite Seminar
We have 18 sign-ups so far. Terry Hess is taking the sign-ups for us. May need a larger room.

March 20 Dinner
Dan Plute, speaker, is OK with date. Jennifer will contact Left Bank for details. Discussed postcards vs. nice invitations with RSVP cards. We agreed to buy items from ISM website for gifts. Need to determine who will take reservations.

Changes to Articles of Incorporation
Table until February meeting.

ISM Website
Gerry has updated our membership page on the ISM website to show the current Board of Directors.

Next Meeting
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 13, 2008. Topics to be discussed are Elections and the ISM Leadership Conference.
