MINUTES

January and February minutes approved.

Treasurer’s Report
Steve reviewed budget and actuals. We are on track and in better position than we were last year at this time. He showed us the projector that we have purchased. We will need it for our upcoming dinner meeting. Discussed cancelling our phone service as we rarely use it. We get very few calls. We no longer use this phone for reservations; usually one of the Board members does this. Debra will check for messages and either Steve or Debra will cancel the service.

Membership
Gerry reported that we now have 81 members, 23 of which are new.

Website
Website looks good; updates are made quickly by webmaster.

Supply Knowledge
Board discussed email that Gerry will send.

March 20 Dinner
Dinner will be at Pyramid Ale in Walnut Creek. Jennifer is in process of sending out letter invitations. Follow-up emails will be sent too. Card cases will not be here for this dinner. The Board will be at the restaurant by 5:30pm wearing our name tags.

ISM Leadership Conference in Las Vegas
It’s the first weekend in August at Bally’s. Details will be on the ISM website the first part of April. Debra and Steve have each reserved a room. Jennifer needs to do. Gerry will be unable to attend.

Mailing List
Steve will forward his list of attendees for Gerry to add to list. Jennifer will send her latest update for Gerry to revise and update. Gerry has reviewed all the data on each member from the ISM website to ensure data is correct and made updates accordingly.

New Board
After March 20, Jennifer will send out an email requesting nominations for the new Board.

Next Meeting The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 10, 2008.
