Minutes
April minutes approved.

Treasurer’s Report
Steve reviewed budget and actuals.  The promotional items from ISM have been included.  We are on track.  Debra is storing the items until our next event. 

Membership
Gerry reported that we now have 85 members, 26 of which are new.  Gerry added Carla’s information to the membership directory.

Supply Knowledge
Cancellation was acknowledged.  We can have our members included in emails.  Gerry will update membership list and forward to John Semanik, as long as there is no charge.

ISM Leadership Conference in Las Vegas
Jennifer, Steve, Debra and Carla are scheduled to go.  Discussion on the various workshops and who will cover each one.
 
Mailing List
Gerry will update the list with new members and those who attended the last Satellite Seminar.  Steve will forward his list of attendees for Gerry to add to list. 

New Board
The new Board has been approved by the membership.  Jennifer will send an email out to announce the Board and the upcoming event on June 11 at Stanford’s in Walnut Creek.  Jennifer will also send an email to the two new members welcoming them to the Affiliate and telling them about the June 11 event.

June 11 Event
We will have a networking event at Stanford’s, meeting in the bar lounge area.  We will provide hors d’oeuvres.  The purpose is to introduce the new Board, network with attendees, and obtain input from them on our program for next year.  Debra will bring the promotional items to be given away.  We’ve scheduled the event for 5:30pm to 7pm.  All Board members will be there.

Business Planning Retreat
Steve will make reservations for the retreat.

Satellite Seminar
Gerry previously distributed the dates for 2008-2009 and they are posted on our website.  She has also notified Cal State East Bay.  We will renew insurance prior to the October event. 

Next Meeting
Our next meeting will be the Business Planning Retreat on Monday, August 11, 2008.
