December minutes approved. 

Treasurer’s Report
We reviewed the budget and actual and we are on track.

Membership
Our current membership is 70.  Carla Peyton has officially resigned from the Board.

Website
Jennifer will develop new schedule for 2009. Gerry will notify webmaster of changes.

Events

Job Search Workshop—February 28
We settled on Saturday, 2/28, for the date.  Probably from 8:30am to 12:30pm.  Discussed details. Steve has talked to the Crown Plaza in Concord as a potential site. Debra will check out Club Sport and send the Board an email. Jennifer will send out an email to the members on our 2009 schedule including this date.

Satellite Seminar—April
Gerry will work with Cal State East Bay.

Supplier Event--May
The Board decided to table this idea until next year.  It’s a good idea, but will need a lot of work effort.

Networking Event—June
This will be our last event of this year and we want to focus on networking.

Next Meeting
Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, February 10, 2009.
