February minutes approved. 

Treasurer’s Report
We reviewed the budget and actuals and we are on track.

Membership
Our current membership is 71.  We confirmed that at this time, due to the economy, we decided not to increase our dues.  This was in response to an email from ISM asking if we wanted to increase our dues.

Website
Gerry will change our Events calendar to show that we are unable to host the Satellite Seminar and include a note that ISM-NC is hosting in San Francisco.  Gerry will ask our webmaster to check for statistics on visits to our website.  If none exist, she will request they be set up.

Events
REMINDER:  We each need to complete our event forms for inclusion in our Organizational Binder-- Gerry for Satellite Seminar and Steve for Job Search Workshop.

Job Search Workshop—February 28
Very successful!  The presenters offered to do a follow-up.  We agreed to do it.  Steve will set it up.  Each of us will look for a venue.  Gerry will check with Ygnacio Valley Library and with Cal State East Bay to see if one of their rooms could be used on Saturday morning.

Satellite Seminar—April 23
We were unable to host this time.  Gerry will continue to work with CSUEB for October’s Satellite Seminar.

Networking Event—June 24
Discussion continued on this event.  We need some additional information from Pyramid Ale.

Nominations
Its time to call for volunteers for the Board for the 2009-2010 year.  Gerry decided to leave the Board.  Gerry will check with Brian Isikoff to see if he is still interested in serving.

Next Meeting
Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, May 12, 2009.
