April minutes approved. 

Treasurer’s Report
We are still on track. Jennifer received a Statement of Information form and gave to Steve to handle.  Current insurance documents were given to Gerry to include in the Organizational Binder.

Membership
Our current membership is 74.

Website
Gerry obtained statistics on visits to our website and emailed a copy to everyone.  They are very detailed and include data for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly visits.

Events

Job Search Workshop Follow-up—May 30
This will be at Mimi’s Café in Concord.  If we don’t get enough people signed up to attend, we will cancel the follow-up.

Networking Event—June 18
We changed the date to earlier in June.  Steve will confirm with Debra which of the dates works best for her.  Once the date is set, Gerry will notify the webmaster.

Nominations
Jennifer will send out the call for volunteers for the Board for the 2009-2010 year. 

Next Meeting
Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, June 9, 2009.
