January minutes approved. 

Treasurer’s Report
We are still on track.

Membership
Our current membership is 58. This is an increase of 2 over January.

ISM Website
Gerry has added Brian to our list of officers on ISM’s website. Gerry has contacted Mike Forman who confirmed he still receives Certificate information from ISM for our members. Gerry will update his information on ISM website.

Organization Binder
Jennifer and Gerry met and developed revised outline. Steve has forwarded some documents for inclusion.

Events
January 30, 2010 (Saturday)
This event was a success.  Steve has sent the event form for this and the November event to Jennifer for inclusion in the Organization Binder.

Satellite Seminars
Gerry contacted CSEB, Concord Campus, and due to their budget cuts, this is not a viable venue for us at this time. Discussed obtaining the videos and then presenting them afterwards. Gerry will contact ISM-NC on how this has worked for them. Gerry will also revisit using the Ygnacio Valley Library back room as a place to hold the seminar. Steve will check to see if our equipment is compatible with DVD via computer. Gerry will order the February 11 broadcast from ISM.

March 25—Evening Event—Emerging Markets in Procurement
Jennifer will contact Brian on topic/speaker.  Debra will contact Pyramid Ale for venue and take reservations.

May 13—Evening Event—End of Year Get Together

Next Meeting
Our next Board meeting is on March 2, 2010.
