Treasurer’s Report
Will be reviewed at next Board meeting.

Membership
Our current membership is 58. This is the same number as February.

ISM Website
Gerry updated Mike Forman’s information on ISM website.

Events
Satellite Seminars
Gerry ordered the DVD of the February 11 broadcast from ISM. Gerry contacted ISM-NC and their experience with showing the DVD has been successful. An idea is to see if a sports bar that has satellite capability could be a venue for early morning broadcasts. Gerry will check with Ygnacio Valley Library for requirements on use of room for a class. Steve checked and our portable equipment is compatible with DVD via computer.

March 25—Evening Event—Emerging Markets in Procurement
This event has been postponed to April. There was a lot of discussion about topics and format. Settled on dinner.  Debra will investigate venue and dates. Jennifer and Brian will approach their contacts for topic/speaker.  Debra will contact County or Walnut Creek regarding “green” requirements and potential speaker.  Based on the success of our panel discussion, a future idea is a panel on outsourcing, quality and customer operations.

May 13—Evening Event—End of Year Get Together
To be discussed at next meeting.

Next Meeting
Our next Board meeting will be scheduled via email. A topic to cover is a review of our Bylaws.
An action item for all is to check links on our website to ensure they perform as expected.
