March minutes approved. 

Treasurer’s Report
Still on track. Web hosting costs us about $100 per year.

Membership
Our current membership is 59. This is an increase of one since March results. Gerry provided a breakdown of our membership fees that she received from ISM. Our dues are $215 for the first year which includes administration/initiation fees, and $185 annual renewal. Brian will check with ISM on the impact of volume discount on the fees we receive from them. Also, ISM said that dues can only be waived once for a member and a form must be completed. Gerry will forward emails from Mike Forman, regarding certification, to Brian.

Events
Satellite Seminars
Gerry provided the February 11 DVD to the Board. Gerry provided Ygnacio Valley Library room rental rules and form to Debra for follow up. Debra will check on mornings that the back room might be available for our use. Note that if we host an event where we play the DVD, we can give CEU points for attending. If you view the DVD on your own, no points are earned.

March 25—Evening Event—Emerging Markets in Procurement
We still think this would be a good event but have moved it to next year so we can better plan the event.

May 13—Evening Event—End of Year Get Together
Our programs are better received when we have a topic rather than just a get together/networking event.

Board Election
Jennifer will send out call for nominations and then the electronic form for election.

Next Meeting
Our next Board meeting will be scheduled via email.
